Project management and design implementation go hand in hand and have been one of the specialties we take pride in. Most of our clients love the fact that we know what certain projects should cost, to help alleviate any skepticism in the process. We also LOVE the contractors we work with. We try and align ourselves with people who treat our clients like we want, as well as are timely, with an amazing work ethic. Whatever your design need, we will customize, work with you and implement.
Step 1: The Discovery Call
Everyone Starts Here! Schedule a Discovery Call with Debra , to get the ball rolling with your project. Whether you are looking for Full-Service design, you’re a DIY’er or you don’t know where to start, Debra will help you navigate best next steps in your design project.
Step 2: The Consultation
This is always after the Discovery Call. After your Discovery Call with us, we typically recommend a Design Consultation so that Debra can get out there and lay eyes on your project. This is a fee of $300 to discuss ideas and intentions. Plan on about 2 hours and have some inspiration images for Debra to look at. Based on this consult, Debra will recommend next steps, and bring back a recommended team to proceed with the BID.
Step 3: The BID
Once the decision is in place to move forward with the BID, Debra will bring in different contractors based on scope of work and desired outcome. Depending on type of project will determine if there is associated cost with the BID. For example, CAD drawings and other layout options can come with an upfront cost. This can be discussed as requested.
Step 4-START
Once the BID process is complete and contracts are signed, the time-line is communicated and work can begin. DBH Design has a special model that walks hand in hand with each home-owner/business-owner for each step. DBH Design communicates for the client to the contractors for any and all steps in the remodel process. An end date is given, but as we all know from a MANY HGTV shows, this is subject to change.
